ProCAncer-I at the Hellenic Radiological Society Conference 2022 in Athens

The ProCAncer-I project participated at the “Current Developments in Radiology” conference, organized by the Hellenic Radiological Society. The conference was held on December 09-11, 2022 in Athens, Greece at Divani Caravel Hotel.

During the Conference, which was addressed to all Greek Radiologists, the latest scientific and technological developments regarding the role of Radiology and Artificial Intelligence in the diagnostic and therapeutic approach of patients were presented.

Prof. Kostas Marias, delivered a speech concerning the “Artificial Intelligence in Oncology Imaging: Where Are We?” where, among other issues, presented the AI for Health imaging (AI4HI) initiative and discussed the FUTURE-AI guiding principles for trustworthy AI.

Dr. Nickolaos Papanikolaou in his presentation “Introduction to Artificial Intelligence in Radiology” presented the clinical challenges and the main scopes of the ProCAncer -I project.
